What you can ask

• "Plan a five-night anniversary trip to the Maldives, October, $8k budget." Butler AI suggests three island combinations, surfaces flight options, and prepares an itinerary draft for your review.
• "Hold a poolside cabana for our last day at Burj Al Arab." Butler AI files the request with the property, follows up if there's no answer, and confirms back to you.
• "What's the dress code at Le Bernardin Friday night?" Researched and answered in seconds, with a reservation link if you want.
• "Move my flight to LHR back by a day." Butler AI quotes the change fee, asks for confirmation, and handles the rebooking.

How it differs from a chatbot

Butler AI sits on top of your member-rate inventory, your account preferences, and a 24/7 human concierge team. When it can't act alone — when an upgrade requires a phone call, or a change needs supplier sign-off — it hands off seamlessly to a human. You don't notice the boundary.

Your conversation history with Butler AI is private to your account. We don't train models on it, and we don't sell it. You can clear your history at any time from your account settings.
