These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TripEver, operated by ACCEPT GLOBAL ENTERPRISE ("TripEver", "we", "us"). By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership

TripEver offers three membership tiers: Access Pass, Annual Elite, and Founder Lifetime. Member rates are made available only to active members. Memberships may be invitation-only at our discretion.

2. Booking and payment

  • Hotel and flight rates shown to logged-in members are exclusive of any duty-free, resort fees, or taxes that the property collects on arrival, unless explicitly stated.
  • The total payable through TripEver and the amount payable at the property are clearly separated at checkout and on your booking confirmation.
  • Payment is processed through Stripe at the moment you confirm a booking. You authorise the charge in the listed currency.
  • If a supplier rejects a booking after payment, we will refund automatically within 5–10 business days.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms are set by each supplier (hotel, airline) and are displayed at checkout and on your confirmation voucher. Where the supplier permits free cancellation, you may cancel via the account dashboard or by emailing support@tripever.com. Refunds for non-refundable rates are at the supplier's discretion.

4. Member conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your member rates with non-members or use them for resale.
  • Make speculative or fraudulent bookings.
  • Abuse the Butler AI concierge or our human concierge team.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for abuse, with refunds prorated as described in your tier's cancellation terms.

5. Liability

TripEver acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of those suppliers, including service quality, room condition, flight delays, or cancellations beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific booking.

6. Intellectual property

All TripEver content, branding, and software is owned by ACCEPT GLOBAL LIMITED. Members are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

8. Payment processing

Payments for bookings may be processed by card or by cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency payment processing services and booking may be provided by TripEver US LLC or its affiliated group entities. All bookings are subject to the same terms regardless of the processing entity.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by giving 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
