This Privacy Policy describes how ACCEPT GLOBAL ENTERPRISE ("TripEver", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use https://tripever.com or our related services.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone number, password (hashed), country, billing address.
  • Booking data: check-in/check-out dates, traveller names, room preferences, special requests.
  • Payment data: card transactions are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage data: pages visited, search queries, IP address, device type, referrer.

2. How we use it

  • To process your bookings and pass the necessary details to hotels, airlines, and other travel providers.
  • To send confirmations, invoices, support emails, and (with your consent) marketing.
  • To detect fraud and prevent abuse.
  • To improve our product (anonymised analytics).
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Who we share it with

  • Travel suppliers (e.g. Duffel, Entravel, hotels, airlines) — only the data needed to fulfil your booking.
  • Payment processors (Stripe) — for charge processing and refunds.
  • Email delivery (Resend) — for transactional and marketing email.
  • Cloud infrastructure (Vercel for the website, DigitalOcean for our API) — data stored in UAE / EU regions.
  • Authorities — only when legally required.

We never sell your personal information.

4. Where we store it

Account, booking, and transaction data is stored in databases hosted on servers in the UAE. Backups are encrypted and stored regionally.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your account and associated data (some records, like financial transactions, must be retained for tax purposes).
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@tripever.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for session management and analytics. Stripe and Resend may set their own cookies for fraud prevention and bounce tracking. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

7. Children

TripEver is not intended for users under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email or via a banner on the site. The "last updated" date at the top tracks revisions.
